EES EXPERIENCES RESERVATION TERMS & POLICIES

 

These terms apply to paid experiences offered by Expanded Educational Services, Inc. (“EES”), including destination retreats, private group experiences, workshops, and strategy experiences.

 

RESERVATION DEPOSITS

 

Your reservation deposit begins the scheduling and planning process and is credited in full toward your total experience investment. Final pricing is based on your confirmed experience, number of participants, location, accommodations, travel, upgrades, and other applicable selections.

 

72-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

 

Reservation deposits may be canceled and refunded within 72 hours of booking, provided EES has not already made nonrefundable purchases or commitments specifically for your experience.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

 

More than 90 days before your experience:

Your deposit is nonrefundable but may be transferred one time to another available date.

 

31–90 days before your experience:

Your deposit is nonrefundable. EES may allow a one-time transfer to another available date. Any nonrefundable costs already incurred and any difference in pricing remain the customer's responsibility.

 

30 days or less before your experience:

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

FINAL PAYMENT

 

Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your experience. Reservations made within 30 days of the requested experience date may require payment in full upon confirmation. Failure to make final payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation. Payments are nonrefundable to the extent EES has already incurred or committed costs on your behalf, including accommodations, venues, catering, travel, supplies, and other nonrefundable expenses.

 

GROUP & PARTICIPANT CHANGES

 

Final participant counts must be provided by the deadline established by EES. Reductions in attendance after the final count deadline may not reduce the amount due. When appropriate, a substitute participant may attend in place of someone who is unable to participate. Changes that affect accommodations, catering, location, supplies, or other arrangements may result in additional charges.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR EXPERIENCE

 

Requested changes to dates, locations, accommodations, packages, or other experience details are subject to availability and may affect your final investment. Any additional costs resulting from an approved change are the customer's responsibility.

 

EES CANCELLATION

 

If EES is unable to provide a confirmed experience, you may choose to transfer amounts paid to another available date or receive a refund of amounts paid directly to EES for services EES is unable to provide. EES is not responsible for independently purchased airfare, transportation, or other third-party expenses.

 

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Participants are responsible for following the preparation, safety, property, and conduct requirements provided for their specific experience.

 

AGREEMENT

 

By submitting a reservation deposit or other payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these EES Experiences Reservation Terms & Policies.
