ABOUT EES
OUR STORY
Expanded Educational Services, Inc. was established in 2010 to address gaps in traditional educational systems by offering intentional, research-informed solutions that support both learners and the environments that serve them.

From its inception, EES was created to function not as a single program, but as a platform—capable of designing, operating, and sustaining multiple educational initiatives under one organizational framework.

WHY EES EXISTS
Expanded Educational Services exists because education does not occur in isolation.
Academic success is directly connected to leadership, environment, structure, and personal development. EES was founded to address these interconnected factors through programs and services that consider the whole person and the systems surrounding them.

This philosophy informs every initiative operated by the organization.
GUIDING PHILOSOPHY
EES is guided by three foundational principles:
Enrichment as the starting point
Enhancement through intentional design
Success measured by sustainable outcomes
These principles shape program development, service delivery, and organizational decision-making across all EES initiatives.

ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL
Expanded Educational Services operates as a multi-program organization.
Each initiative:
-
Aligns with the EES mission and philosophy
-
Operates with defined outcomes and accountability
-
Is designed for adaptability and long-term sustainability
This structure allows EES to respond to diverse needs while maintaining consistency, quality, and organizational integrity.
FOUNDING LEADERSHIP
Expanded Educational Services was founded by Dr. Candace Jones, an educator with extensive experience in instructional leadership and organizational development.

Dr. Jones earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and established EES to translate research, practice, and lived experience into programs that produce meaningful impact. She currently serves as Founder and Owner, providing vision, governance, and strategic oversight for the organization.
“We desire to see the whole person blossom into their maximum potential.”

Long-term organizational sustainability
This posture positions EES for continued expansion and collaborative work.
LOOKING FORWARD
Expanded Educational Services remains committed to strengthening individuals, institutions, and communities through education that is intentional, research-informed, and transformative. Our work continues to evolve as we develop new programs, partnerships, and pathways for impact.
